We aim to make our website and services usable by everyone, in line with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and WCAG 2.1 AA guidance.
Our approach
We design this website with semantic HTML, keyboard-navigable controls, sufficient colour contrast, and descriptive alt text for imagery. We test ongoing changes against WCAG 2.1 AA and iterate when we find gaps.
In-person service
For consultations and on-site measurements, we accommodate mobility, hearing, and vision needs on request. Let us know what would help when you book, and we will adjust — no formal documentation required.
