We share your information only with parties needed to deliver your project:

• Manufacturers and suppliers, to size and order your products.
• Installation crew members assigned to your job.
• Service providers who help us run the business (hosting, email, accounting).
• Government or legal authorities where required by law.

Quote requests we don't move forward with are deleted within 24 months. Project records — contracts, invoices, and warranty paperwork — are kept for the length of the applicable warranty plus any period required by Canadian tax and consumer-protection law.

Your information is stored on reputable Canadian and North American hosting platforms and is protected with industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards. Access is limited to team members who need it to do their jobs.
